Hello, I’m Mary.
As an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I provide support from pregnancy, adoption, surrogacy, or birth throughout the lactation journey.
What is an IBCLC? https://iblce.org/about-iblce/
As a birth doula, I provide support to the birthing person so they can have a safe, satisfying, and empowered birth experience, no matter where or how they give birth.
As a postpartum doula, I help to facilitate recovery after birth and help the parent/s to bond with and learn to meet their baby’s needs and build their confidence, the first few weeks to months after birth or adoption.

*I take Tricare as an IBCLC.
**I am not certified yet with Tricare as a doula. If you would like my doula services, we can negotiate pricing as I want to make it affordable for my clients.
I use a sliding fee scale for those with Medicaid.
For all other insurance, I can negotiate prices.
I aim to provide compassionate and evidence-based care relevant to the specific needs of each individual.
As an IBCLC, I strive to help parents meet their breastfeeding/chest feeding/breast milk feeding/pumping goals.
As a doula, I strive to provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to parents before, during, and after childbirth or adoption to help them achieve the healthiest and most satisfying experience possible.
